Every Saturday evening around 6:30 pm, we hold a "Fresh Bluefin Tuna and Seasonal Fish Cutting Show" featuring fish delivered directly from the fishing port. The freshly cut tuna is truly exquisite. The real treat is being able to enjoy "Tuna Collar Toro," which is so rare that you can barely get any from a single tuna, at a very reasonable price.
A live demonstration of cutting up fresh fish delivered that day will also be held!
In addition to the daily dismantling of fresh bluefin tuna, we also hold dismantling events for fresh fish purchased from the market that day. You might get to see some rare fish!
