Kotobuki Sushi c/o Maimon Sushi is a collaboration between sushi restaurants in the Hokuriku region and Niigata Prefecture. They will jointly develop limited-edition products using local specialties from each region and sell limited-edition products using local specialties from the Hokuriku and Niigata areas. A portion of the sales will be donated to disaster recovery support activities, contributing to the revitalization of Niigata and the Hokuriku region.
