All our stores hold a live tuna cutting festival every Saturday evening around 6:30 PM.
We cut up fresh bluefin tuna delivered directly from the fishing port right in front of our customers and serve it immediately. The spectacular cutting ceremony is truly impressive! Furthermore, the taste of fresh bluefin tuna served immediately after cutting is exquisite. Also, be sure to try the bluefin tuna collar, which is rarely seen. Depending on the store, we also cut up the fish of the day's season at the same time. Since we purchase our fish from the market every morning and have it delivered directly, you may encounter rare fish, which is one of the great things about our cutting ceremony.
At Kotobuki Sushi, Isshin Sushi, and all other sister restaurants, all food and drinks are prepared to order. Please note that the products we offer are not allergy-friendly, and we cannot guarantee the removal of allergens.
