With the desire to serve our customers the freshest seafood possible, our head office is located within the Niigata City Central Wholesale Market. Fresh ingredients and vegetables sourced from the market and production areas are delivered directly to each of our stores, where our chefs prepare and serve them. Every day at Kotobuki Sushi and Isshin Sushi, the kitchen is bustling with chefs working together to prepare fresh fish first thing in the morning.
